Can I use WalkFit if I have health issues?

Can I use WalkFit while pregnant?

WalkFit does not currently offer any workout program specifically designed for pregnant women and does not accept any liability in respect to any activities that you may undertake during pregnancy. 

As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any workout program.

Do I need equipment? What equipment?

No special equipment is required to use the app or complete your daily step goals. All you need is a pair of comfortable shoes suitable for walking. Wear clothing that feels comfortable and allows for freedom of movement.
